THE SCIENCE
82%
of peer-reviewed studies
showed positive outcomes

Focus

Neurosonic stimulation improved sustained attention and cognitive performance across controlled trials

Anxiety

Neurosonic intervention reduced state anxiety with a large clinical effect size in peer-reviewed trials

Sleep

Targeted stimulation significantly reduced sleep onset time and autonomic arousal markers

Recovery

Post-exercise neurosonic entrainment increased parasympathetic activation and reported relaxation

Memory

Neurosonic sessions over multiple weeks improved long-term memory retention in clinical populations

Pain

Neurosonic entrainment protocols reduced perceived pain severity in controlled studies

Athletics

Adaptive music improved endurance and reduced perceived exertion in trained athletes

Education

Targeted auditory stimulation during study improved information retention and sustained concentration in controlled trials
